FAQ's
What are sprouting seeds?
Sprouting seeds are raw, untreated, heirloom seeds grown specifically to be grown and eaten as fresh sprouts. They germinate fast and are safe to enjoy raw when rinsed and handled correctly.
How long will these seeds last?
Over time, germination rates naturally decline. For the best results, try to sprout your seeds within 18 months of purchase. You can still use them long after this period—just expect a slightly lower germination rate.
How should I store these seeds?
Store your sprouting seeds in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep them sealed tightly in their original packaging or in a clean glass jar.
When stored properly, sprouting seeds remain fresh and highly viable for years thanks to their naturally long shelf life.
How long do sprouts take to grow?
Most sprouts are ready in 3–7 days, depending on the variety and growing conditons.

How much seed should I use per jar?
Use 1–2 tbsp for small seeds (alfalfa, broccoli, clover) and 2–4 tbsp for larger seeds and legumes. Small seed mixes expand a lot, so less is more.
