**Shipping Carrier:**  
All orders from Survival Seeds are sent via Australia Post.

Shipping Cost:
Shipping is free for all orders.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

Delivery Locations:
We ship to all locations within Australia except for Western Australia and Tasmania due to quarantine restrictions. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Methods:

• Most orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post, and you will receive tracking information via email.
• Some small orders will be sent as untracked letters. If you want tracking, you will need to pay extra for this option.

Delivery Time:
Australia Post advises allowing up to 10 business days for parcel delivery, but it is usually closer to 5 business days.
